I have worked at Ascensor for 10+ years and the team culture still feels the same as when I first joined even though we are triple the size. Ascensor has given me the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, always encouraging further development and skills based learning. The team get together for social activities and a monthly lunch time get together which helps to keep us all working as one bigger team. I enjoy coming to work and seeing what each day brings, I am always learning new and better ways to do things by utlising other team members. We have a flexible working day and following covid we now have a hybrid working policy to allow even more flexibility on where you work. 

Ascensor is filled with really great people who in turn are full of energy, ideas, verve and brains.  What they can't do isn't worth doing.  My days are full, varied and provide me with new challenges regularly.  The culture is a positive one, with a theme of 'work hard, play hard' - it's even lit up on the wall in neon in the break-out area - and everyone does work really hard and puts in their maximum effort.  

The teams within Ascensor work together and since I joined, I've had more help and support than anywhere else I've been.  It really is one big team.  It makes it easy to come to work every day.

The integrated team with developers and designers on-site also means changes can be implemented more quickly than a marketing services only agency, which means results can also be seen more quickly.

I have good memories with Ascensor. Pay rates were (not sure about current situation) not very competitive and difficult to negotiate but the team is like a one big family. Great perks and time out. Highly recommended.

Would recommend to anyone looking to get into digital marketing. Really positive company culture, great agency with great clients in lots od different industries.
