I have been with AHC for over 3 years - people care about providing the highest quality service, tailored individually to clients' needs. Senior management are supportive and  knowledgeable about how to run an outstanding company. Plenty of support in your role, whether you work in a filed or in the office.  Carers are selected for their qualities, skills, but also for their passion and dedication to caring.  Atmosphere is lovely, you feel included and valued - your work becomes so much more than just a job. Very rewarding.

I have been with Ashridge for 10 months and really enjoy being part of the team. We have a special relationship with our clients and we do our best to make sure they get the best care they need.
Working at Ashridge is never boring and there is always something to do so it suits a person who has passion in their work and wants to be the best. Working in the care industry can be very rewarding, you get out what you put in.
Management are really supportive and make it a fun environment to work in.

Supportive and positive culture, colleagues who work well together and are all pushing for the same vision. 
There is no typical day working in care, but this makes it interesting. When there is a problem everyone pulls together to support. 
Management is very supportive, and does not push unreasonable expectations in terms of working hours. 

No day at work is the same, which keeps us on our toes !  I have been with Ashridge now for just over a year and I have learned new skills to support me with my role as care manager. I  have been provided with training and support from the fantastic team since day one. The team in the office and the carers work together to provide the best possible service for our clients, while focussing on safety and compliance.


When I was getting mixed up about writing daily notes on pass , I phoned the office and I was helped immediately. The people who helped me were very patient with me and I was and I am ever so grateful. The team at Ashridge, keep it up. The training  is detailed and very  much explained.

The support that is given to all members of staff is brilliant. If you have never worked in care, we make sure you are prepared, trained and supported to make that big step! If you are wanting to improve your skills and knowledge, we have a wide range of training options. A big bonus is that the staff in the office are helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable.

I have just completed my training at Ashridge Home Care. From my first contact with them, everyone has been friendly, supportive and caring making me feel very welcomed. My training was very thorough and engaging. 

From my experience so far I feel this will be a lovely supportive place to work.
 

The company are very supportive and always encouraging the lady who trains is suzy an amazing person. Its like a family company they really care about their clients and praise the carers when doing a good job.
