Half the management are inter-married to each other. Tells you a lot really. As for the rest as long as you are a yes man and dont upset the applecart you will be ok, assuming you like uncaring and incompetent management that lie. The average worker isnt much different either, its just constant back stabbing to attempt to score non existent brownie points with managers that dont care either way. If you dont toe the line they will force you out. Took over seven months to get a pay rise that was promised then they added it on to my normal wages so i lost most of the back dated pay via tax. Culture of bullying. See one team leader screaming at a fella (smaller than him obviously) inches from his face and almost making him cry. The same team leader ‘offered out’ multiple people but when push came to shove didnt want to finish the job. Dont believe the rubbish they feed you on interview, its all a facade. Myself and a few others fully expected the place to go under due to mis management. Terrible.

Worked here for about four years. What a waste of my life. The firm is basically one giant family who promote each other at family barbecues and such. The wrong person promoted to the wrong position solely because they’re either friends or family with the management. If you enjoy brown nosing, back stabbing and a culture of bullying, sign on the line. The Higher Management are extremely vindictive, the most vindictive i’ve met in my entire working career, with egos to boot, although with the way the re-structuring is going i doubt they will be there much longer, which is good news for you, the applicant. Over a centuries’ worth of experience walked out with multiple long time staff leaving yet no one questions the reasons behind this. Don’t ask any questions, that’s frowned upon also. Just toe the line and brown nose your way up the pole, if you can. God help you.

Start work at 9 then questioned but 9.15 what I was doing for the day each and every day

This company has processes that are in place but are not followed due to being target driven, if you mention this then good luck to you. From the outside all looks well when they have tours or have checks then they will run around to make it look like they are so good, BUT don’t be fouled by this, management are really slippery & if you are of ethnic origin expect to feel uncomfortable.

Working within warehouse environment on a temporary contract. I would be given a task , taught how to do it and then left to complete it. I learnt many new manual skills, found management and staff friendly and helpful. I had never been employed in this type of environment before and found it  a positive experience.

wonderful place to work with some truly lovely people there are always politics as there are everywhere but it was nice while was there but not a place could stay for a long time as did not get experience I needed to progress in my chosen career path

Great job, very involved and a busy varied role. Great company with a great staff and work culture, all board members very approachable and affable. Enjoyed being at the front of the business meeting a mix of visitors and staff.

A company full off Family that scheme together so if you work there zip your mouth or they will come for you, make sure you know your rights & read everything before you sign anything.

Typical lying company that promises a great culture and perks but delivers the opposite. Unmanageable workload with zero progression opportunities. Driven by unrealistic targets with outdated / non-existent processes and shocking management team. 

Quality control, maintaining a fast paced environment to keep strong worldwide customer relationships. Working closely with a team, but also being able to use your own initiative to order stock and check availability.
