Horrible place to work at. No health and safety what so ever. Anti static Uniforms are not provided so everytime you touch a piece of metal you get a conductive shock. Equipment is falling apart with no maintanance done. Fork lifts held together with tape. Fork lift tyres have no thread and no one bothers to grit the outside perimiters so you risk your life sliding on a 5 tonne fork lift. The majority of people you work with have a chip off their shoulder and rather then help you they leave you to do mistakes. People are bullies and those who have been longest think they are supervisors but in reality they are paid just like you. There is no training what so ever. You are not shown how to do your job. You are left to your own devices. The work culture is toxic. 

QC is a fake title, more like a machine operator. Paid for one job title, but more like doing the work of two or three people. No machine maintenance. Prone to break down. Lack of company responsibility. Only interested in numbers, not quality. Frustrating and infuriating. Bare minimum training. Outdated computer/printer system. Easily injured. Very low staff morale. Own staff hate working there. Wouldn't recommend.

Lack of management, lack of health and safety, favouritism (family promoted without looking at good workers first) no actual training

The gaslighting and lying. Can't be right for being wrong.

Not a great place to work. Health and safety none exsistent. Constant pressure to improve on production figures. Very little or no chance to actually maintain machinery. Factory roasting in summer and freezing in winter.
If on the 12 hour shifts then the money is good.

Worked on a production line packing aerosol packs onto pallets same time as...collecting pallets, filling out paperwork, updating whiteboard, 
changing ribbons and labels

Barony universal is a unique company. Aerosols are very interesting and will learn alot with this company. Friendly staff, busy days, and approachable management.

Love the job and the people I work with but its the lowest forklift drivers pay in Ayrshire.The pay just above minimum wage and they think you should work like your making 13 pound an hour.

It isn’t the worst place to work to be honest all they care about is getting cans out the door and money in no consideration for the people actually packing the pallets 

Decent enough place to work good people around you. Could be doing with more training in areas but overall after your up to scratch not too hard just long hours
