I worked here via an agency during their summer season last year and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Your daily activities for working in the warehouse mainly include driving a forklift, stacking stock onto pallets for customers orders, with either farming chemicals, bird seeds (20kg bags) and other variety of seeds, wrapping them and marking them up with customer details and packing notes. It's a lovely place to work and you're generally left alone to complete your duties throughout the day, with no stress or micro-managing. Management in general are great and approachable, onsite parking, stylish kitchen/canteen and toilets are always clean. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
No good parts. The most miserable person I ever had the displeasure of working with runs the site at Shoreham Silo Services 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with the most miserable person who never had a good word for anyone or anything 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic. Blame culture at its finest

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Absolute s##t. I can think of worse

Worked as a temp on a 6 week assignment. Worked within a lovely team who were all friendly, approachable and helpful. Manager offered to give me reference when I left and thanked me for my hard work. Really positive experience.

good atmosphere, decent length breaks. productive and interesting staff too work with. company invests well in the business and has a good long term plan for staff and the site.
