Whilst at the company I have been able to develop my knowledge on two different types of hosted systems, this involved training courses and exams which helped further extend my knowledge in the Comms support department. The company has a typical hierarchy where the management tries there hardest to get employees involved within group events. The hardest part which I have come across whilst working at BDR was the exams I had to pass for my job role. Finally, the most enjoyable part of  working at BDR is working alongside great colleagues who are welcoming and have significant knowledge within the section.

Pay bottom of pay scale for job role and expect staff to do the job of 2 or work at a level higher than being paid for

A lot of big egos for a small company
Sales is sales but the man management in BDR is made out to be like you're treated like family and that its a family run company with those ethics but it is anything but.
