I was nervous joining BHSF after reading some reviews but I'm glad I did. Never been to a company where culture was so important to a business. They value their employees, and really want to keep the great collaboration and team spirit. It feels like a family all working towards the same goals. 

I've met some of the hardest working people at this company. Their staff retention is incredible, they reward loyalty, and the management team have made themselves available to all the employees (not something I've seen for this size business). 

Location is great, lovely office and they offer work from home. You can request flexible working too.

One of the most miserable places to work I have ever encountered.

Location is awful. Think all of the problems of city centre (Heavy traffic on commute, dirty environment, no parking) with none of the benefits (transport links, good coffee etc.)

If you enjoyed the 1970s you will feel at home in the building itself.

A wellbeing company that does not practice what it preaches. Alarming sexism from some top management too.

I give them 18 months..

Management aren’t qualified to manage employees working for them. They are unable to communicate when they see an issue or something that can be improved and instead, fire you without warning. Definitely not a company that is with the times (as unfortunate as it is).

New senior management losing employee trust & money.
BHSF was such a lovely place to work with unique family business feel. This has sadly eroded. CEO says mistakes are good as bad decisions hit the bottom line.

Very happy and friendly workforce. Always something to do. Lots of CSR and employee engagement as well as interaction with differing departments. Would highly recommend.
