However, too much politics, gossips and cliquey teams depending which team you're in. You are being watched, monitored and are always expected to perform over and above. The culture was a bit behind time and management was not always forward thinking and fully supportive. If you are just interested in the experience then put your head down and graft without getting involved in any other non work related activities.  

The day to day work consisted of running client payrolls in a timely manner. To be honest, I learnt little from my time there to enhance my experience. Management could be a little oppressive demanding a fast turnaround on each payroll. The culture was one of a team pulling together in the same direction. The hardest part of the job was the commute to and from London.

Blick Rothenberg is a great place to work. The partners have a genuine interest in getting the best out of their people and providing support and training to help them achieve their best. The client base is diverse and challenging, and provides a wide range of issues to deal with.

You are not number and your management team care about your career. Great culture and social activities. Nice people to work with, no blame culture, client focused.

Was introduced to other accountant trainees and partners .I had experience in the audit sector .I had also partaken in the yearly audit which enabled me to understand invoices of the firm.

It is a great experience working with Blick. The company is gradually expanding but they are not paying enough salary. The company offers small perks.
