Teamleaders are polite,helpfull and learn you the right skills.I had good relationship with teamleaders

Met amazing people from diffrent backgrounds.

Those 2 years were my best years.
I felt always attached with the department. 
I loved it I liked it until I was offerd a contract at despatch.

Despatch was thearable. It was very bad after Christmas periode. 
It causes me to leave because of bad management no co operation no communication no respect etc.

I has been Experienced  my time with Blue Earth Foods my duties included the picking and packing of fresh products as ordered by the customers, ensuring all items were correctly labelled, and delivering and maintaining all aspects of Health and safety required for the role. but not good enough to learn also it is very boring this job. I don't like this job

A fast - paced work place as to be expected in the ready meals food manufacturing UK industry. M&S customer provides a great opportunity for those interested in food processing improvements and efficiencies. Painful to work during the busy christmas period but overally a good workplace to be at with the 4 days off and 3 days off alternating weekly. Good work life balance.

A typical day at work consisted of counting a variety of different items, these included ingredients, packaging, rolls of film, sleeves etc. We had to be very organised when counting the stock and re- checked our figures all the time. When we had counted all the stock we inputed the data into Excel program and e-mailed it to varies different departments in the company

I worked at Blue Earth for almost 11yrs and they helped me to grow as an individual and in my work.
The staff are all lovely and there's never a day without a smile from someone. 
Management are there to help and the HR team are great.

I used to work bw 2013 - 18. there is no negative detail. we all knew where we were working , what s our to-do so i have to tell the truth: over a strong 5 years period of my life is the proof also describes what s my experiences over all.i am sure would be enough i shared. Leaving them based on my decision. max rate anyway...

you can see the corruption from the first day .
there is on the positions of managers and team leaders who just look after them own   people and treating you as a sheep or commodity witch one they will need for a centers hours or days and then get rid of you with no explanation or any excuse.

Interesting work, nice people on the shop floor. No job security, lots of changes in structure, year by year  Poor management on hire level. Lots of changes on a senior level, no clear vision about business.

Disorganised place breaching food safety rules.
Poor money and no respect to employees - they are being kicked out without any reason - it doesn't matter how long you have been working there your job is never secure.
