From day 1 alarm bells rang should have walked straight away. 
The senior management team don’t trust the middle management and were trying to cover up that work life balance is not as they portray.  Nasty about the member of team whose job I was to fill and kept throwing in you manage your own diary.., what a blasé comment to make. Was advised by the person I was taking over from who they tried their hardest to keep me away from so they wouldn’t give me the bigger picture was working long hours often planning at weekends and having to cover, cancelling plans in their own time at last minute to cover Hence why they were leaving. 
Expected to do over your 37.5hour contract They have no trust in their managers whatsoever. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Friendly and professional. Always got holidays I requested and good rates of pay.
The manager knows what her job is, not only gives orders but also helps to solve all problems.I'm trying to keep my job with Browdraper because it is a constant point in my life.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I've never really had a problem

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I cleaning an open office every day.People are very friendly and respect my work I do.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
it's never stressful, I just do my job and that's it

I've worked for Bowdraper for 9 years at different sites. I'm lucky enough to have always worked with a great team of cleaners who I now consider friends, not just work colleagues. I've had 2 different area managers and both have been friendly and approachable. I am left to work my own way and I am not micromanaged because I pay attention to detail and my cleaning standards have never been questioned. I always get paid on time and correctly and have never had any issues. I've never had any trouble at the sites I work at and honestly the staff are always very lovely to me!

Iv been suffering with some pain n leg management knows about it and that I can’t work long hours and at last minute I got asked to cover  l shift on top of mine putting me in pain then. Boss told me off for asking for help from 1st aider as I did not know who it was I had ask who was the 1st aider I was doing right things at the time 

Working for Bowdraper is very good in some aspects the job it’s self is quite easy and the people around me are nice but my manager isn’t very understanding or considerate of me and my home situations. She isn’t very helpful 

I was working at a local contract, everyone was nice for ages, then things changed, and I did not get any support from Bowdraper, they just sided with the client and did not listen to me at all !!! My advice to anyone considering working for them is ; don’t bother !!!! 

Ok place to work, the people i work with are nice and the shifts on the whole are very easy the main problem is Bowdraper they never pay the correct pay and so blazay when approaching to discuss the situation, you then get lied to when giving you the answer about problme with wages its rediculous! Ive never worked for a company thats so unprofessional.

I worked with Bowdraper for nearly 5yrs, and never had any problems. I only left due to ill health, but am waiting for another job to come up with them now. They are very flexible, you can move your hours earlier or later to suit you. Having your own area to clean, where i was made it easier to see who was not doing their job. 

overall i think that the company is a fair and good company to work at as i feel comfortable working there and i also figured out to work as an individual, my day to day working gives me back pain, my co-workers are very friendly and approachable, my hardest part of work is to clean the mirrors and also hovering the hairs off the floor. I enjoy listening to music and mopping the floor at work.

Long stressful days with no support or respect for the amount of work done to keep things going. Completely changed my outlook on the corporate way of life and my career choice. 
Working for this company taught me to never again put work before anything else as it absolutely is not and will not ever be worth it and you certainly won’t be appreciated for it.
