Hours are good, although a lot of pressure to work Saturday overtime.  Machines are old and not maintained well, causing all sorts of issues.  Building is too small, very little space.  Employees are friendly, but are understandably unhappy due to lack of management and maintenance.  Some machines are unsafe, with guards missing.  Worst part is the place is covered in thick dust and a lot of the storage areas are not cleaned regularly which is a fire hazard

the job started out good but recently they have piled 2 more contracts on me and taken away a counterbalance truck which has made the job unbearable especially trying to load and unload trailers outside with an indoor reach truck and the management wont listen.While the main contract has started to suffer which brings in 70 percent of the companys profits all the managers are seing numbers on computers there not listening to the staff which i have now had enough off.

Not a great place. Long hours. Nothing to fill it with. Time is micro managed eg. Timed toilet breaks. No progression system in place. I do the same job as someone else. They are paid significantly more than me. We get told not to discuss wages. But at least we get a coffee allowance ey.

The manger on the shop floor is so pumped full of steroids that power has gone to his head and his biceps...... constantly puts staff down and will just sack you and spread lues about you if you stand up to him. Everyones on different pay scales and told to keep quiet about it. If they got rid of him the place would be a better place ... simples

My experience was positive mainly due to the people working alongside me. The repetitive nature of the work meant you became accustomed to the processes involved and learnt quickly how to support others.

I believe in having a healthy work / life balance to maintain motivation and focus in life.

Ok place to work start times from 6am can do 6 hours or 14 hours. As a driver you take the rough with the smooth. The only problem is you go to the same place day after day with just 1+2 pallets. Nobody thinks about phoning the customer and asking can we bring it all in one go. 

my experience of working in boxes and packaging was a good experience where I was well looked after in my first initial job. it helped me achieve my foundations of my career of what it is today.

If your face doesn’t fit they will find way to get you sacked and yet others can have unauthorised breaks and do no work for 1 hour hour half but that’s fine because they like them 

Nice people, job isn't too hard, not alot I can say about it tbh it's just your average wearhouse/factory, best things are half day fridays and weekends off, some great people work there always will help you if needed 

it is typically a very good place to work, I have learnt how to use all kinds of different equipment. The hardest part of the job is the early mornings and long hours.
