Went to work for this company for two days,the job was based in bury lancs.For the amount of work they expected you to do,they did not provide enough hours,it was like working in an oven,there were no windows in the place,wasnt even given a break at all,had to rush around fitting four hours work into three,because of this I strained my back and was in agony and could not go back.(Not that I wanted to !!)Upon speaking with the supervisor about more hours she just blanked me,and has now not even paid me for the two days I had worked.   Please avoid this company all they look out for is themselves.

I have worked for the company for 7 months and I have enjoyed it. The staff at the company are lovely to be around. It's a very diverse group of people and we do sometimes get a little bit lost in translation!! But they are a  great group to work with. Management such as area supervisor and manager are really good and helpful. They're understanding of people's situations and will help them in any way that they can  With the company you don't have to worry about stock and materials,it is all provided for by the area management, so you can do your job with ease and efficiency.

Worked for two month's for them in Rochdale, had you doing 2, two hour jobs in 1 two hour time slot. 9 people came and left in that two month's. Altered time sheets and even lied on P45  in 1 persons case, said they quit on Wednesday when they actually left on a friday.  Got in touch with Acas in the end because Breanheath just fob you off. Never paid rate they promised. Terrible company, terrible people to work for. Tried to speak with management and just got the people you have the problem with.

In the short time I worked for this company, 3 staff members were employed and left the company very quickly. I was left on more than one occasion to work two jobs;  2x2 hourly job into one 2 hourly position with no thanks or support for over 3 weeks until they found yet another employee that would stay a few days then leave. the wages were always wrong. 
Zero Welfare checks while I was off sick. Zero support from Management to support me getting back into work. Text Messages were ignored, Phone calls were never answered.

The staff from the top to the bottom are all good people

No stress for an experienced cleaner like myself

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Really good everybody gets on and the environment and culture is if you work hard your rewarded 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I was always busy as there is always something to do as a cleaner

I worked there for two and a half years accounts staff.  Treated like animals never worked for a company like it before.  Management have no people skills, broken promises and give you nothing they don’t have to. 
I found work elsewhere and I am treated the total opposite.  I am appreciated for the exceptional work I do and rewarded well for it, finally an employer you want to excel for.

Despite putting in a lot of hard work and effort, there is no appreciation or recognition from management. Employees are treated like just a number rather than valued team members. The support from office staff is minimal, making the job even more challenging. Additionally, the compensation is at minimum wage, which does not reflect the hard work required. I do not recommend working here.

I suppose were ever you work these days the more you do the more they expect. 
Your sent to jobs on a whim expected to know what were why and how? Some jobs are just ridicules and should not  be given or expected to do what your sent to do. I’m all for equality but some jobs  should be not be given to women who are incapable of carrying out or impossible to do .  

Like most places of work you have your ups and downs but must say this is an outstanding company to work for. The management engage with staff in an open and honest manner. A company with an excellent moral compass and an excellent work ethic.

Nothing no communication what so ever

Everything leave you working alone in a shopping mall

Everyone stressed never get paid right
