Senior management are not held accountable. Really poor micro management experience, with senior manager getting away with unprofessional behaviour and comments.  No review of work, it was just get on with it and make the problem go away. Easy to blame and get rid of the people working below them it doesn't matter how long you've been there.  They will come up with a reason to get rid of you, even if it makes no sense and is a clear contradiction. There are no clear processes, training or opportunities to be promoted. Bottlenecks in getting other departments or your own to do work requiring collaborative input to complete. Everyone is looking out for themselves, particularly some executives and it's very much each department to their own. 

- You are not expected to work past your contracted hours, unless required.

- Salary is not the best, however you get a decent amount of holidays and a few perks and benefits once you pass probation

- Not the greatest management. Progression, ultimately depends on your relationship with senior managers and not based on merit.

- Great place to work if you are looking for a starter role or a place to gain experience.

Too much management not enough innovation. Very top heavy but lacking resource at ground level. CEO very unprofessional. There is very little chance to grow. Every team is very separate. Nothing  is documented and no one follows any process.

Toxic environment, losing money hand over fist, low pay ("due to being a charity"), lack of respect for employees, and no recognition to the hard work put in.

Do not work here!

Good company if you are employed by them. Not so good if you are an associate.

Remote working can be difficult as communication is not always great. There is a great culture among the teams and people are generally very supportive.
