What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working at bryanston was leaving, I felt a great sense of joy and relief. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Never knowing how much would be asked of you- more and more over the years and without consultation or consideration. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I worked at bryanston for many years. It is a toxic environment where staff are vulnerable and at risk from a management whose priories lie far from fulfilling their responsibility of care to their staff.  Life is short, time is precious and this place is not deserving of your time. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
This is a full on environment which requires you to work evenings and weekends.

Bryanston is a good place to work overall. The managers are effective but relaxed and often listen to your input. The students are also mostly courteous and polite. Sometimes there can be an issue with miscommunicationbut this is to be expected when working in such a busy and bustling area.

I enjoyed this job very much.
New management meant cutbacks, unfortunately I had to leave.
I gained an NVQ in turf management which was very helpful.
Very nice working environment, until new management.

the hrs are a killer typical night at work was to get your head down as often as you can in my case most shifts. never kept a check on security. The best part of the job was meeting new people if and when we were allowed to speak to them. It is a very clicky place if your face doesn't fit you are in trouble.

Read  other negative reviews and understand that you will not be treated well here. The management do not care about the lower staff members and after a considerable time working here in which I never felt appreciated, I felt demoralised and depressed. 

I worked here as my first ever summer holiday  job to raise money to go to university. Pay was very good, hours were fair, there was a bus to take us up there and we got free lunch at weekends. Only complaint is a rude coworker but problem was soon sorted out :)

I did the last few summers in this position, I won’t be returning again as the best manager has left . 
Work is hard especially when really hot , the other two managers haven’t got a clue about people management and have too many favourites. 

The job can be very hard especially at the end of the day when you have a lot of cleaning up to do and they are always short staffed! 
There’s no teamwork or appreciation. 




Awful place to work. Management did not welcome new comers or change.

Staff had been there for many years and were resistant to changes
or in fact just new people.

I have worked at bryanston for nearly 4 years and am currently in my second position there, I enjoy my job and staff and friendly. I feel secure in my job and happy.
