The company does provide one day work from home, but lately it got cancelled 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The working culture is such that top managers are always Chinese, regardless of their overseas experience. They often run the company by dictating to the other branches, sometimes with verbal abuse and insults. If you want career progression within the company and you are non-Chinese, there isn’t a door for you.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Colleagues are nice to each other, only the senior managers 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Chaos, no structure. Do whatever the boss and the boss’ boss asks. If the top manager asks you to do some tasks for him which happens from time to time, you have to stop everything you are doing to make him happy. unnecessarily online meetings, sometimes 4-5 hours long with not much follow up plan in the end
