Dealing with all users computer faults which could be anything as easy as changing their pass words to a complete hardware restore.

The infrastructure and how the day to day components work, I was quite knowledgeable with regards tot simple task to perform on PC's but came away with a much better understanding

Management were great especially in my team.

There was a good social culture within the workplace but could of been a little more.

The journey everyday from Littleport to central London made my 37 hour week more like 65 with travel.

The people I worked with made it all worth it.

A great company to work for a job for life ,would have to mess up severally  to get sacked . No real line of promotion in retail . Unless you want  management job on a YEARLY  !!!!! Contract . Wages could be better although there is plenty of overtime like working on the barriers not too much in Revenue itself . If you want to be a high roller you need to be a train driver  £60,000 . Plenty holidays 13 week  24 days annual leave & the rest in accrued time owed . Get paid 4 weekly which you get 13 pay day a year.
Management leave  you alone pretty much  as long as you do your job right .

Fantastic company with second to none management. I was able to broaden my horizons with respect to planning, time management, organisation and commitment, involving budgets and people. I had to be highly motivated to be able to meet the tight deadlines and ensure that revenue is maintained through so as to meet the set goals.

Great annual leave policy and working hours but no real way to progress higher up the company. A good start in the rail industry but if you want to go further you will need to apply elsewhere.

a very diverse and exciting environment, no two days are the same. Busy one day, quiet the next, crazy when it goes wrong. they offer great training and great career advancement

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trains with short handback times

Can be over managed and sometimes intrusive in out of hours calls if they are short staffed . The plus side is  the holiday allowance, and colleague's  you are with.

Love working here, very good management and progression system, people are very knowledgeable and it’s good to be a stable and solid part of the team
