What is the best part of working at the company?
16:30 hours on the way home.  After a long week of being treated like a slave Sundays are my favourite day.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
  Never having materials on time to complete tasks and being held responsible for failures that affect other trades.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and full of people who would stand on anybody for an extra £2 an hour.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depressing on the way, depressing during the day, however at home time I feel I get some self respect back.

Too many clicks, if your face doesnt fit, they make it known, get spoke to like a absolute dirt.. play tricks of people finding it hilarious..  get the job of 2 people, whilst another person just sits on their phone getting nothing done,and they get treated better... wouldnt advise even applying

I have been with Caldwell 2.5 years and I wouldn't wish a better place to work for 

All Senior management are easy to approach and to get on with. Understandable when it comes to family matter 

Keep you very busy with work :) 


Poor working environment, expecting to do the work of 2 people, not allowed to talk, made to feel like your job is always at risk & they have a high staff turn over for anyone in accounts.

Worked here for 12 months I found my experience pretty good as work goes good bunch of lads. Their site was round the corner from where I live so was ideal

Good payers poor managment sent all over the place. Dock your money for silly reasons like if you left site at 16.28 instead of 16.30 they would take an hour off you
