Daily office work with an exceptional team of clerical personnel. The experience as a whole was positive and enjoyable.
Management were conscientious and kind.
Workplace culture was familial and open. 
Hardest part of the job was leaving, and the most enjoyable was getting involved and completing each work day with the knowledge that our services were helping tenants of the association.

Temporary contract- job was suitable in scope of work and location.  learned great deal about the service.
Job could be stressful at times for the senior members of staff when confronted by difficult situations and clients and interesting to observe how these were handled.  However my role was with a different block of clients and they were on the whole, a pleasure to deal with.

Treat their staff at the bottom end of the scale appallingly. Middle management are incompetent, poorly trained and encouraged to use bully tactics to enforce fear. Complaints from tenents are ridiculed and result in vindictive behaviours towards them. Dont care about overworking shift workers. Profit is their objective

Great company to work for. All residents happy and well cared for. Good training opportunities. Shifts can be made flexible if required and you even get paid for six months if ill. Loved my time at work.

The fellow staff member are great but the management team are two faced. Tell you one thing to your face but go to the opposite behind yo ur back

Sorry to have to leave! Great people and benefits. Supportive management. No unsociable hours. Pay is excellent! I worked at Cordale and also Bellsmyre... great colleagues!
