There is a great reward package alongside some of the nicer elements including treats like a pizza van, fruit at work and a brilliant Christmas party.  CBS really is the best place I have ever worked and I love the challenges, friendly environment and forward thinking approach.

The company is well run and has a friendly, open and approachable environment to work in.  I have spend more than 3 years within the company and can honestly say that I would not have progressed as quickly or developed the rounded set of skills I have in that timeframe anywhere else.

Account management of New Car Dealership company cars and company car schemes in line with HMRC guidelines. Assisting dealerships to manage new cars sales agreements in line with company car scheme guidelines to assist dealerships in safeguarding profits on used cars.

Management are not professional especially in HR & Finance. They break GDPR by freely giving out employee addresses to check if they are really off sick. The pay, benefits and culture are terrible. 

This company is one of the most toxic and corrupt organisations I have ever worked for. If you’re a professional, hard working and loyal, I would not recommend you work here.
