What is the best part of working at the company?
Don’t train you then if you get wrong they have ago at you —- they say your coming back next year and you get a email to say your not 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Yes — no help when needed. All cleaning done by yourself 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They two teams and they work together doing toilets blocks and shower and shop not one come to make sure you was ok 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very hard working — you didn’t stop from the time you got there to the time you finish not even to drink

Working at The Caravan and Motorhome Club was very much a double-edged sword. I had a great manager, and there were lots of other colleagues that I enjoyed working with. The downside was the extreme silos between departments, making collaboration and harmony challenging. Resources were also stretched to breaking point, making it difficult to achieve project goals.

From emptying bins to grounds maintenance, office work to cleaning toilets, this job gives you everything. The salary is nothing special but if you have a caravan or motorhome you have no bills to pay while on site. The job is of variable length contracts and can be demanding depending on the weather and duty requirements.

Every thing followed about  and criticism

Awful just awful  no complaints

Stress full 
No structure should

Made some fantastic friends.
No commuting to work.

Top management not supporting site management.
Managing difficult unwanted guests on site.

Worked here in a temporary role. I was made to feel very welcome by my team and the wider company. 
Very organised team, great procedures in place making it easy to slot in and contribute.

The people you work with are lovely, there is a lot of support available. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
A lot is required of you. You are constantly monitored and watched

My time at the place was enjoyable but I got another job offer which was the only reason I left but I highly recommend to work for them management are great 

Good company to work for pay is pretty good and a good friendly atmosphere. Can be stressful but it is rewarding and I recommend the company to others
