I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Chaplins.
My typical days work would involve till work, restocking shelves, pricing new products and helping the general public find products.
The hardest part of the job was delivery, this sometimes involved pricing new products for 3-4 hours in the warehouse. also, was the salary, I was on minimum wage for a 16 year old which was £3.79 per hour I worked and not being payed for breaks.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the people I worked with, there is a high amount of high spirit which makes the job enjoyable.

Nothing . Horrible place to work 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Doing a job meant for 3 people not 1

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
All about making money. Staff are replaceable 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful  and demanding . Not happy environment

In Plymouth there are a few Santa's Grottos, but none so dramatically force u in to the tacky glare of 90s Xmas. The whole experience gives kids the best experience possible. No other grotto in the city has the prestige that chaplins has, it's become a great institution and being a santa for chaplins is a special privilege that any santa or out of work actor should aspire to. 

Worked here was a terrible place to work, the management are awful and don't deal with problems very well. Don't treat staff well or understanding personal situations well. Will dismiss you for any little thing. Not treated equally when new staff come in, you are overlooked and pushed out, so they can either get you to quit or sack you.

There were no good parts. Would give it a zero star if possible

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Better than thou attitude of some staff

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic for the most part unless your face fits

One of the strangest places I have ever worked .Chaplin's will take on anyone with no real interview process .As a result good employees of which there are several are undervalued, overworked,and underpaid.There are better employers out their who will appreciate your hard work and effort and reward you for it !!

A normal day in the the life of my job was being on tills and general shelf stacking. Working here improved my communication skills and my customer service skills. The most enjoyable part of my job would be the people.

Adverage day consistided of check area clean and tidy with no trip hazards.Also check stock levels and order where needed and serving customers in a polite confident manner.

Nothing professional about hiring and firing ethic!
Recruited after interview via a colleague who had also been interviewed on same day!
Dismissed when overstaffed.
