Would not recommend. Little to no training was provided for the role, which made it difficult to understand expectations or perform tasks confidently. Instead of receiving proper guidance or support, it often felt like employees were expected to figure everything out on their own.

Management was also disappointing. Communication was poor, concerns were not taken seriously, and there was a lack of organisation and leadership. This created an unnecessarily stressful working environment and made it difficult to feel valued as an employee.

Overall, the company has significant room for improvement in how it supports and develops its staff. Better training, stronger leadership, and fairer compensation would make a considerable difference, but based on my experience, I would not recommend working here.

The day typically started at 9 with requests coming from Sales Executives for technical approval of small individual customer requirements. Work also proceeded on larger bids with customer meetings, bid responses and internal technical approval all required. I was also involved in learning VMWare with respect to the launch of the Claranet Cloud project and testing out the customers experience of building VM instances and protecting with a VM firewall instance. I also was part of the 3rd place team that developed a promotional video for the Claranet Cloud programme. I worked with Marketing, Product Development and Project Managers.

In logistic where we need lots of communication to get the job done.

Open work culture, and even the management are realy approachable.

Working in the office is not to compete work from home, the office has the facilities that you can do the hard task easy and confortable.

Flexible working, great parental leave entitlement and pension plan

The constant restructuring of departments resulting in lack of understanding of who should do what.

There are many great people there as well as a few hopeless ones.

Much time would be spent trying to find someone willing to assist in resolving queries due to the constant changes.

The team itself are a great bunch however a lack of management of processes between legacy and new create an environment where you're stuck in the middle. When something goes wrong whatever process you followed you get the blame.
Disappointed to see such a poor environment inside a company I viewed so differently before working there.

People are great, work is very busy but fun, great flat management structure you are valued. Con pay is a bit lower than market and difficult to get training budget so career/ personal advancement not so easy, however great place to work if you want autonomy


Poor senior management, archaic systems and very manual processes.

No collaboration, sales work in silos unrealistic targets set due to management not knowing what is required from a systems and process view to achieve numbers. Always talking about positive change but unwilling to implement. Poor customer satisfaction which has led to multiple clients leaving. 

The shift engineer role is in a fast paced environment where you are responding to alerts, taking calls and troubleshooting incidents so that they can be resolved. I gained some good exposure to routing and switching. I had to leave for personal medical reasons but I have to say the HR staff dealt with me fairly when trying to figure out the problem.

Great place to work with some extremely knowledgeable people, brilliant working environment and culture. The organisation does some really cool things as a technology company and I was proud to work there. I learnt a lot there almost everyday. Only left as I stopped getting along with the manager who always felt the need to micro-manage me.

I think I was lucky to have worked for the company during its most fun period.

I enjoyed my time there, worked hard, met some lovely people and felt I was valued by my manager and team. There were opportunities for progression and education if you were willing to work hard. 

From what I hear, I don’t think it’s quite the same as it was but still an interesting place to work.
