My experience at Cloud9 has been expectational.
I have never been so looked after from a Company as I have with C9.
I have had my skills developed, supported and certification exams paid for.
Any time off for personal reasons have been fully supported, accommodated and additional support provided.

Very humble, down-to-earth, progressive and forward-thinking leadership that believes in growth through nurturing, developing and promoting talent. This was clear on the career section of their website; and it indeed turned out to be the case during interview discussion and also after joining the company. They focus more about what YOU want to be/do and how the attainment of your goals and ambitions can contribute to the continued success of the business. Management and staff are all very supportive, collaborative and approachable. Good, cheerful and relaxed yet professional working atmosphere.

After my first day it was clear that the focus on team engagement and collaborative working was important and I felt settled right away

It was a new sector for me but the training plan and the importance of meeting all my colleagues both in person those working remotely really made me feel at home

Having every other Friday off is a fantastic perk and even the little things like a coffee machine and full kitchen facilities make it easy to settle

Employees have their job roles and responsibilities changed all the time, making it impossible to deliver results. Management are unhelpful and don't seem to have any direction for the company.

Excessive micromanagement and heavy workload makes things very stressful. Employees seem generally very unhappy, not a good work/life balance.

Staff turnover very high. Most people are let go or leave before their 6 month probation. Many people were dismissed suddenly and without warning.

Not a place to be if you want stable employment and to do a good job in peace.

If you want to develop your career in Tech, this is the place for you.  It really is a case of 'you get out, what you put in'.  You are encouraged and supported to develop and grow in your role.  Access to great mentors both internally and externally.  It is fast paced, so if you're looking for something which is more plod-along, this won't be the right place for you.  However, if you really want to move onwards and upwards - I whole heartedly recommend Cloud9! 

The work atmosphere is horribly toxic and deflating. With little to no actual processes in place, it's a 'make it up as you go' kind of place. Management seem to be clueless of what direction they want to go, resulting in a confused and overworked workforce. Turnover rate is extraordinary, this is for a reason! Dont believe the fake awards or 'ethos', unfortunatley they are manafactured or ignored.

really great management with a clear direction for the business whilst being the upmost supportive to staff and cliental. Nice work environment with an easy going office atmosphere. office space is light and breezy

Great company with an amazing culture, very friendly staff and continuous learning. A CEO that encourages growth and an amazing group of employees that are fun, passionate and driven. Also great company location. 

I have been enjoying my time at Cloud9 Insight. Everyone in the Company has been amazing. Great learning environment and growth for people who have a passion to achieve great things in their career.

A fantastic place to work for my first entry into the technology sector. The Team are incredibly supportive of learning and have a fantastic culture, especially as someone recruited during lock-down.
