What is the best part of working at the company?
- The team I was working with, hybrid working with 2 days at home chosen by the managers and this can change on a weekly basis. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management/seniors within the company are a shambles from the start, my manager changed on the first day. HR doesn't help you unless your a senior of the company, HR and the management team don't follow the compliance orders even if it is from HR. The seniors of the company take your ideas and expect too much without much training, their isn't much of a team environment as the finance team are separated from the surveyors of the company. - there are a lot of negatives rather then a positive. Oh and the company doesn’t provide the right hardware equipment for you to complete your job. 

Also the team already in place aren’t hitting targets, but then the seniors expect you to complete over 500 processes without much training or help from the team.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
shambles - no team environment/culture or any help from the management/HR  team. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Loads of responsibilities, that aren't appreciated when you complete them.

This is not a company that I would recommend to work for or do business with.

I would save my mental health and pick another company to work for.

If you join however, prepare to be short staffed, overworked, unappreciated and blamed for your leaders mistakes, especially their poor guidance. Also, if you do not fit into their 'fantasy' you will be 'encouraged' to leave.


I got offered a job at Cluttons temporary, I gave them my word that I would not take any other job offer and would start on a Friday , the day I came back from holiday, I was only there a day and staff were not professional in starting the training and by the Sunday at 9 pm ,I had a phone call saying that I was not needed to attend work on the Monday! I would never work for this company again.

A corporate firm with a long tradition; moving rapidly forward with times. Having worked for a very tradition small firm perviously, I found the corporate open office enviroment a bit tasking to begin with but learnt to adapt. I enjoyed the job although a bit less challenging but learnt so much. It has been valuable period in my career.

HQ dropped the ball during covid. Bad practices towards their main staff and clients in consequence losing contracts and underdelivering. They have hired new head that was useless.

This was a varied role and involved both sales and lettings administration, reception duties and marketing.

Good place to work and very flexible working environment.  Head office is in London with another office located in Reading.  Worked with a client named CTIL.

Cluttons is a great place to start carrier life. It is a very comfortable and friendly environment. You can learn team work and multi tasking.

A typical day at work would be very varied. Main tasks would include; greeting customers, answering/receiving calls, managing helpdesk.
