A typical day in comfy quilts consists of producing as many pillows and quilts as possible without much structure. During my time here I learned how to adapt to different working situations and how to interact with different people. in my opinion, the management aren't very considerate towards employee health and well care as long as the company production meets it's targets. for example, I had an ongoing chest problem and struggled to manually lift packages to pack into boxes but I was still placed on lines where I had to do this after telling management several times. Overall productive but I did not enjoy my time here.

On a typical day I would report to office, see if my supervisor had any work for me, usually there would be checks to be done. Id then drive around to the different locations listed and check the stock to see if information (codes and quantities) were correct. I would then adjust on adjustments back on to the system. Some days work may have been short of drivers, so I would cover for the drivers, driving a flexi truck picking the stock, putting it into a zone and labelling, so stock was ready to be dispatched and sent out.

one of the most demoralizing experiences of my career. From day one, it was clear that employee well-being is nonexistent here. Management is inept, hypocritical to the extreme while offering zero support or recognition.  
Promises of "growth opportunities" and "work-life balance" are outright lies. The workload is crushing, expectations are unrealistic, and compensation is laughably below industry standards. Benefits? Practically nonexistent. Raises or promotions? Reserved for favorites, regardless of merit.

Waking up too early when my car is broken down to go to work.

Very refreshing, rewarding and full of learning and growing opportunities.

An extremely busy and expanding company.  My role is to Despatch orders for customers, also book goods in and locate them in the warehouse. I have learnt that you have to give 110% for the customer. I have a great relationship with my co-workers. The hardest part of my job is arranging for the stock to arrive in time to Despatch my orders, sometimes I am on the deadline the stock comes from another one of our sites. This is also the most enjoyable part of the job too.

As a machinist on a overlock machine. It was very fast paced. There was only two of us sewing and constantly night after night had to keep up with the big fibre machine churning out pillow after pillow. This it was close to 13/15 a minute. 
Which we were happily keeping up with. 
However. I didn’t find it rewarding enough working at £10.81 on a night shift. 8hrs a night. 5 days a week. 

I was in charge of numerous of jobs that i cpmpleted on time and to the best of my efforts. I am an outgoing person and very adaptable in different scenarios. I hvae experience in customer service and satisfaction and driven on sucess. All i ask is for a chance.

Treat agency staff like rubbish not guaranteed  a contract its full of you work hard for nothing not even Christmas parties even tho I was with them 2 near.y 3 years I was just dropped for no reason atall when the shift s got turned into one shift 10 hours a day instead of 8 they really don't care about long term agency staff 

If they ever offered me my job back I would be grateful as I loved working there and I liked the people .The company are very good and they are very helpful to your needs

Worked as a packer and did industry cleaning. Comfy quilts was a good place to work staff very friendly and helpful. It was a shame it was only temporary work , pluse the distance I had to travel.
