The management in this place are not very motivating and encouraging. In fact they are quite rude and make you feel like your not working hard enough. I was working hard trying to make a good impression to be spoken to like rubbish. Was told we were not allowed to talk whilst working or drink until breaks. You are paid the least they can. They will say you are treated well because you can get a free packet of crisps and drink in your break. If they maybe treated staff how they would want to be treated, supply tools to get the work done to the standard they are expecting and generally praise for the hard work that is put in I think they would find happier staff, happier environment and probably better work. I do not recommend working here. Only plus side was the flexibility. 5 people left in a day because of how they were made to feel. The boss also sits and watches you on camera all day waiting to pick a fault. 

I don’t sleep at night, worrying about going to work the next day. The culture and environment is toxic, management are self obsessed and do not lead by example. No progression, my skill set is ignored, and pay is barely above minimum wage.

The working environment here is a fun, casual environment. Colleagues are easy to get along with, including managers and higher ups. The work is productive, and things always get done.

Don't trust anyone, stab you in the back, if it's turned to long. Management had no trust in anyone apart from office staff and floor personal. Safety was poor
