I am currently working here and I think its a great place to work. Work is steady, depending on what job you would like to apply, or what job you would be given. Management are fair and understanding, and usually well organized depending on the department and busy day!
It’s a good place to work, the office management is spot on and the people that work there are helpful. I have learned a few things while working for Copernus. People are nice here, help when you need it, recommend working here, always have the hours if you want them, staff are always welcoming.

The management & senior members of staff need to communicate not just delegate. The words equality, ethics, empathy need to be researched and implemented in the workplace. Three shifts to cover the workload if it increases rather than increasing the staffs hours to two shifts of 12 hours. Competitive salary as stated on the side of the building to keep the workforce happy and finally a radio to make the workplace production increase!

During my time at Copernus i have learned a lot of new things to do with Management and production KPI's as working with Senior management who are very knowledgeable, In last two years company had been going through lots of improvements and become very busy site which makes days challenging  in positive way. I would highly recommend this company to work as it has great potential and moving fast forward with lot of new exciting projects on way. 

I worked with the agency for 12 weeks as standard and was then taken on a permanent contract Mon-Fri. The work is long hours but is reflected in your wage packet. It can be challenging at times depending on your job role, however I felt myself learning many new skills and was helped by management to delevlop these further. Very friendly environment and we all worked together as a big team.

Avoid this company at all costs. I worked here through agency. Management don't care about employees. Managers contradict other managers and themselves. Two breaks for a 12 hour shift. Pay was nothing especially for how hard they expect you to work. Constant fights. Company makes you feel worthless. Canteen facilities are appalling. I am surprised this place still exists. Should have been shutdown a long time ago.

Unfortunately I wouldn't advise anybody to apply for jobs at this factory, the wages are very poor, I am classed as a skilled worker with a important job but am on the same rate of pay as standard agency workers, and this is across the factory, is a unhappy workforce with poor working conditions and no real prospects of promotions.

I started working at Copernus as a food production operative when I had no experience in factory work. I met some form of hostility from some of my coworkers but the management team are great 

If you are not from poland it is not easy to work. Supervaisor and managers take cear only dor poland people. 
If you need holidays you have inform it 2 months before. But id something happend it is not them problems because you are not from poland

Been here 3 months now and enjoyed every minute, as a company they are growing at a rapid pace which is good for Job security, the culture is also changing for the good, management also listen, I am glad to be part of the Journey and look forward to the future.

Great working environment, growing company and i am loving the fast paced environment.  Great products and committed staff.
Good training for staff but lots more happening.
Great time to join Copernus.
