What is the best part of working at the company?
Great benefits including pension, healthcare and a day off for your birthday.  salary very competitive. In addition to a dress down day on the last Friday of the month and a breakfast batch 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not stressful working there but the work itself is stressful. This is recognised by the firm 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Generally good. Some niggles but there always is wherever you work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Log on, respond to emails, answer phone, deal with clients queries, witness documents etc.

I work in management and I genuinely appreciate the people that I work with.  

As an organisation the Firm they do a lot for charity and have monthly treat days were we dress down donate to the chosen charity.

Personally I am a big proponent of companies having strategic vision and 3-5 year business plans, that is shared across the business and underpinned by core values. I don't see that the Firm operate in that way so communicating the 'big picture' can sometime get lost because the strategic priorities are  not visible.

At first, while you’re still “new” it’s good. The. Things start to go down hill once you’ve been there for a while. Management is terrible, especially in New Build. HR is even worse. 

Managers will use stuff against you that even they do themselves. Management will never admit they are wrong. No one will listen to you and do what’s right. They will rather brush it under the wrong than do justice. Terrible place to work. Manager in new build is too faced and disingenuous. The rest just care about protecting the company. And they wonder why people keep leaving. Don't do it. 

Unless you're qualified or training in law, they don't really care about you. This is demonstrated by front end employees being subject to ridiculous targets, mystery shops, and flak from higher management. They don't give a bonus to support staff and will promise you progression that just won't happen. I worked with some great teams in this company but the majority of higher management really don't care about staff that aren't solicitors.

Decent work place, but work is very repetitive. A good job to start your career and build your experience. Only good thing is the 1 hour lunch and work colleagues just snitch if you do something wrong.
