I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because they are very biased and unfair to their employees. You're generally overworked and underpaid because leadership only look out for themselves, but unfortunately not for the small man that's trying to maintain a living for his family. Once you raise issues with leadership they have the propensity to penalize you for speaking out on the issues that should be a dressed.

I feel like I have been given opportunity to grow in my job.  Administration is responsive to the needs I have to perform my job well.  People in my job were compensated fairly.

There is always something going on there, I don't agree with the way the hospital is ran the people that work there are ridiculous they don't care about the patients at all it's like a complete slap in the face for people who really love helping people . The nurses are rude the techs are rude the kitchen  is dirty underpaid no good benefits I could go on AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! 

horrific place to work. No cultural diversity or competency. no fair management practices and inexperienced management make the job a terrible place to come to each day. Changing terms of job duties does not help in the least and Upper Management needs to put a stop to it.

I have never worked with so many rude people. It was horrible. I didnt want to go to work. 80% of the people there were just miserable and really just wanted to make everyone else miserable. It was a really hard month.

The job itself is good, however don't expect to be trained well on how to do it, you will be left out to dry most of the time and having to figure things out yourself

I assist my assigned residents in feeding dressing hair getting them to and from their wheel chairs and beds. Help and encourage them every day most of all make them feel at home
