I promise you I have never made a bigger mistake in my life being here with these crowed of sneaky self cantered people I have ever worked for. management tell you nothing and I mean nothing they don't listen to what you have to say(they know it all you are nothing) and don't know what you are talking about. sneaky, sneaky, sneaky people. I was working for them for 6 hours before I met a manager for 20 mins. I haven't been paid yet as they didn't take my details until a week before I get paid so will see if it comes off. paid that is.(I will update as and when) they never give you an answer EVER and don't reply to texts . only when you get on there nerves they respond with a (yes I got it) all they have to do is answer you. bad manners and not worth your time and effort on them .save yourself grief and go with another company that is bigger than these clowns. these people make a good job 110% more difficult with them not telling you anything . cloak and dagger if your not in the click your not given a second thought. they take over a site and most of the good men that have worked there have left within weeks of DGS taking it over. really have a second and third thought about any job with DGS.

There are no best parts to be totally honest.. Apart from some of the other workers who also worked there

Constantly short staffed, high turn over of staff.. Doing the job of 3 people or more yet only paid for 1

Versatile.. Low esteem, under valued 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hard, exhausting, draining, under appreciated for a job I love to do

Always available on the phone to get things moving when anything is required on the clients site.
Pay always correct and on time. 
An approachable and friendly employer who interacts with staff on a personal level when on site... always asking if everything is alright or if anything is needed to get the job done.



If you want to do all the work then this is the place for you the workers are lazy and mostly all foreign so hard to converse with 
Management is a no show they only come in once a week your expected to do all the cleaning alone whilst the rest of staff go missing through the day or go smoking 

I have worked to DGS for 8 months now. I have only met my manager three times in this time frame. The job is fun because you get to work independently. The manager is quite passive aggressive in text messages when you need a sick day, and that makes it uncomfortable when you need to communicate with your boss.

Was only there for a short time but I enjoyed being part of the company. Weekly visit from management, no issues with pay or online stuff, they were easy to contact as well, always helpful and uniform was ready for my first day.

If I go back into security, I would be getting in contact with them.

Plenty of over time offered if wanted

Staff where good management could be hard to get hold of

I have worked for few other cleaning companies in over 10 years and I couldn’t recommend DGS enough. 
Great atmosphere, great team. 
For the first time I really feel valued in my job. 
I hope this continues. 
Would highly  recommend working for DGS. 

Stay well clear from this company,   The pay is bad,  the management is worse,  they started off good but now they like they rest of them.  Maybe worse.  They said they were different from other firms no!  Start to look after your staff Dgs!

No respect for workers. No flexibility. Holidays underpaid. Manager has no clue about manager's job.
 My work colleague died in September. She was the best worker in whole word non of the managers come to her funeral.
