Far too laid back, no dress code, staff roam around drinking coffee and energy drinks snd eating sandwiches etc, dirty filthy dive. Ignorant supervisors, forklift drivers smoking and using mobiles while on trucks. Dirty toilets, overfilled bins everywhere. No health+safety or social distancing ( markings on floor, but no one socisl distances untill clock out time, then all pile in by the clock!) Back breaking work, staff obliged to have to do, no consideration for poor lifting or repetitive work. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Horrible place!

Working with good people at ground floor level and then going home

Long hours and then on call hours after shift and listening to management BS.

Working conditions are disgraceful culture of management neolithic

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of driving for sometimes 10-15 minute jobs lack of spare parts.

I enjoyed all aspects of working for DHG,was welcomed from my first day until the unfortunate last day I worked for them,was a shame i had to leave so suddenly,would jump at opportunity to work for them again in the location I now live

needs more job security for long term future for employees welfare and safety issues to be dealt with also more organised work loads daily and weekly in order to enjoying a happier safer work environment.

Having worked for this company for just under a year, I found the management to be very poor, HR on the shop floor to be very unprofessional.
To progress within the company was usually based on how "friendly" you are with the manager.

My 18 months  at Direct Healthcare was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever heard it was like the blind leading the blind I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone.

Good place to work. Just making stuff all the time non stop. Hours are fair bonus is you get half day on Friday which is really good. So your only working 4 half day a week

I've got experience in  this company, the team where i worked as upholsterer was very competitive but my problem în Caerphilly was the rent.Nobody wanted somebody outside UK.

Good to work for, could do with some changes to increase production rate. The only downfall for the company is the holidays. There is only 20 holidays per year, Could be increased to 25

Management very poor. Team leaders are loe qualified and leasy. Work load over your resurse. They have big expectations but the help is poor. Payment not very good.
