Watch out! if your considering working for this company then don't! Making a loss on profit then making staff redundant. The Chinese bail them out and then recruit for more staff with the same job titles as those made redundant. All seems very wrong to me Engineer paid 50k plus and company cars and private healthcare and operators on a poxy £13k. All staff are paid differently even tho they are doing the same job. Its all about if your face fits in that place! The Chinese from Zhouzhou times electric being given visa's and houses etc etc and paid like £75k and yet the company is still making no profit but all these wages being paid out! its absurd! something very fishy going down and It wont be long before its shut down or run by the Chinese. But watch out for your jobs, You are not safe here! don't trust or confide in anyone. They will screw you over. If you do work here, don't say I didn't warn you!!

I work for this company  for 3 years , I was bullied  undermind  ,even when I took  my problems to management  nothing  was done about the bullying  ? I worked  to the best of my ability  and  was always asking  for training  to move up the pay scale  but if your face dont fit ,then you get know where  supervisors very clicky  and can stop you from moving  up ! Your job is not safe  always  making  redundancy  . There is a lot of favouritism  going on in that company  if your face fits you may get to keep  your job ! 

Having just gone through a major pandemic, I have to say how good the company is with regards to dealing with change. It’s a fun place to work and everyone has the same vision. It really is like a big family if you have an issue management are only to happy to help. Management are approachable and I enjoy working here (been here for a few years) it’s very accessible for travelling to and from work, there is a shift allowance for doing outside the norm hours which suits my family life. I would recommend.

The support you receive from management and other colleagues is amazing. The people make it a fantastic place to work and it is very much a family culture. Not hierarchy driven and everyone is treated as an equal. If you demonstrate your abilities and work hard you will be rewarded either financially or otherwise. Work life balance is great with flexible working, hybrid working and half day Fridays, paid time off for medical appointments and generous sick pay and holidays. Would not hesitate to reccomend! 

Dynex are an excellent employer, they have lots of staff benefits in place for employees and are constantly making improvements.  
The shorter worker hours on a Friday certainly  extend the weekend. 
An extensive training programme is put together to help support employees when they join the company. Good working atmosphere with lovely people 

During my time at Dynex, the Senior Management team was never more than month away from announcing another change - from struggling to appoint Commercial / Sales director to having CEO removed.
Company has been effected by many redundancies in its past meaning that a lot of workforce is aging and very inflexible to changes!

It is nice place to work and lots of experienced researchers  in the staff. Not enough competitive salary.

The work at Dynex is varied and the technologies are interesting. There is always something new to learn, and learning new things is encouraged. There are opportunities for personal development and growth. 

Not a bad place to work, had its ups and downs with plenty of staff through the years. Cant be as bad as some of the reviews make out as a lot of people that leave come back.
Chances to improve or go on training course.
Good amount of holiday.  




Weak manmagement based on long-standing employees from years gone by. Not moving with the times (scientific development methods are amateur, to say the least).
