Pros; short hours with decent pay easy to work around other commitments. 
Cons; when you leave the company, they won’t pay you the money you’re entitled to and worked hard for but because they’re only contactable via an email address they will get away with it. The job itself was easy although went into the job as Mon-Fri I did 7 days a week because ‘No one wanted 2 days a week’. 
Management was awful and you never got the equipment needed but was moaned at if it took longer than the designated time!(makes sense). You were left alone for the most part, your area manager was supposed to visit sites once a month but I only met mine once in the 2 years I was there. At the peak of covid I had actually got covid, I informed my supervisor and was told to not tell anybody and to go into work and clean because they had no cover. All in all don’t work here, they scam you and only care about the money.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The hrs of work were the best 8am to 11am

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to order cleaning materials, in the end I had buy my own, or we would mopping floors with dirty mops by and with hot water and not chemicals to remove dirt and grease has we worked in a restaurant.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The working and cultural environment was ok.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start work at 8am get the Cleaning materials out the cupboard vacuum,mop floors clean and sanitize restrooms and toilets.

This company is a awful company stay clear of them they dont pay u what they should  with money for a start they own  me of with £139 this month so ive had to go to the citzens  advice to get and u can never have hoildays  at all no one to cover it and they expect u to work 7 days  a week as well they  have no care in the word over it at all   their communication  is no good at all no  one gets back  to u at all  save your self and not bother at all 10 months of  badness  glad  iam leaving the 30th oct as the pub dont want their contract no more as they have aaid they  are bad to them as well glad to have a job somewhere else instead be glad to get away from these 

As with any job it can be hard, especially with cleaning! Bending down, leaning over numerous amount of times, but you do get to meet great people and ALL the staff (including management) are wonderful to work with. If there is any issue(s)? Then people do their utmost to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Was one of the worst experience of my life how I was treated was descusting I was working along with my partner and the stress they cause us was terrible the management is awful we was actually threaten by one member of management "im going to knock you out you slag" was aimed to my partner so from my point of view was awful. But other then this I loved my job it was easy and we had  a good team going .

Started working here and ended up quitting 2 months in. Totally unorganised company with rude management who don’t support you and sort of leave you to your own devices only to complain you are doing things incorrectly even though you were not told what to do to begin with. Facilities were disgusting, they did not provide correct PPE and I generally felt like I could not do my job properly.

I dont think there is anythink positive at all

No staff no support no equipment

Not good poor communication lack of support

Have been employed with Eco clean for a number of years and enjoy working with them ... never had any problems with wages always paid on time and always had holiday cover as & when l needed it .. 
All in all a great company to work for .. friendly staff & management.. can not fault them .. first class ..

I'm happy working at Eco Cleaning Services ( from October 2017) . The management are easy to talk, they helping sort out your issues when this happens and I enjoy working with them. I never had any problems with my wages always paid on time. Overall it's a good company.

If I could vote 0 stars I would! A poorly run company with a poorly run management scheme! And the pay is ridiculous!! They ‘forgot’ to pay my colleague and after 4 months and the threat of a tribunal the finally paid her the £300+ they owed! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY!
