I liked working at Egis. However, it was a very slow pace for a lot of the time. There are some great opportunities to learn new skills and use some of their kit but the the default task is litter picking and I need more than that. The shifts are long but seem longer still if you are looking for things to do. Working four days on and then four off is great but the four days on consist of two days and two nights. The transition from one to the other is not nice. The lads and lasses that want to work are a great bunch of people and health and safety is top drawer.

The work itself is interesting and engaging, which makes the experience somewhat rewarding. However, the company’s values feel superficial in practice what’s said doesn’t always match what’s done. There is a strong presence of micromanagement, which creates a toxic atmosphere, and communication is often unclear or lacking altogether

I really liked working for Egis, it was a good company with good benefits, 

UK part has been improved significantly over the last two years. ITs the great time to join at this moment as there are lots of changes and opportunities for staff to take.
