Work staff all every nice and friendly. Until it comes to management. Work is inconsistent and frustrating at times and doesn't seem to have a clear goal. My time there was brief but what I observed was shocking, the amount of people coming and going because there is no structure or promotional aspects. And my brief time there as a packaging operator, I saw how the management treated its staff. (Rude/badly).  Especially the apprentices/interns, made to do jobs they shouldn't be doing and treated  appallingly. I would not recommend working here or apprenticeship.

working a double-day shift Monday to Friday, small operation so learned a lot more than the bigger companies, focus on working relationships ,hardest part when other departments change operations orders last minute, enjoyable times include social  times and praise from management

Would recommend to anyone, friendly welcoming place. The Japanese culture shows. Super clean and high tech, nice working hours. Canteen is amazing too, have worked for other pharmaceutical companies and personally would say this is my favourite 

Good learning experience, nice colleagues, good compensation and benefit.

Toxic culture that comes from the top. Bullying is tolerated or ignored. Long hours, poor work-life balance, very stressful.
