I am passionate about my current job, because I like serving my customers with my knowledge by giving them technical and commercial support, I love travelling, having new challenges and all this I have recently.

The atmosphere at my work place in Koeln is extremely good: people are very friendly and always willing to help. I like being there, but most of my working time I spent in a journey visiting customers in Russia, Central Europe and in Finland or I stay at my home office in Poland. I miss the surrounding of the office and colleagues around. Another thing I am not satisfied about, is my current salary.

A typical day would start  selection of Raw Ingredients. Quality Control was a portent.
I learned the the washing process was extremely important for the work surfaces and there was a zero tolerance policy on germs.
The automation was a real bonus and break times were generous.
The money was very welcome but overtime was expected. This was paid at an overtime rate.
All the waste flowed to a tank, then was pumped to another place.
There was no bonus whether it was a good year or a plain one.
The others were very people-friendly.

Typical day at work is 12 hour shifts. 4 shifts on 4 shifts off. you work nights and day shift. management are all good to work for. You don't get much hassle as long as you do your job and pay attention to Health & Safety. Hardest part of the job is re-building pallets. working there is good and I would recommend Elementis to anyone. Job security is great as is the benefits they provide. All training is given and always getting updated and refreshed.

Good place to work, great salary, main Plant very dusty environment, other parts of the business also have their own dangers, overall good place to work with excellent pay.
