They are not an honest agency, I was told, firstly, a salary over the phone, then at the interview with the company (their client) I was told another salary, and then when I received the payslip it was an actual 3rd option (of course the smallest one), Not a big difference between all of them, but still very unprofessional.
I finished working for them on the site I used to work and for security reasons I couldn't get back in there to pick up my blazer witch I forgotten to take it in my last day. I constantly told them that I am not sure if I may forgotten anything valuable in there, sent emails, messages over WhatsApp to at least 2 representatives of enigma. They just ignored my texts, then I got a reply of "yes of course" I will manage for you, nobody come back to me. Clearly the behaviour of we don't need you anymore we will just ignore you. While working with them, they haven't been able to provide me an uniform in nearly 2 month, and then they asked me to go and purchase the most similar to the actual uniform article I would find in order to be able to carry on the job (they supported the expenses) 
Very unpleasant. mostly their attitude regarding me recovering my stuffs. They are clearly nice and friendly with you as long you produces money for them. After you live they don't care of the distress they may produce with the ignorance.

The best part is that the company recognises hard work. If you put effort into the job and take responsibility, management notice it and support you, and there is a good team atmosphere.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The role can be stressful at times due to the responsibility involved, especially in the control room, but I personally work well under pressure and enjoy the challenge, and the team support makes it easier to manage.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is professional and supportive. The team work well together, and management are approachable and helpful. There is a good atmosphere in the control room and head office staff show appreciation which makes it a positive place to work.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical shift involves monitoring CCTV, responding to alarms, completing reports and communicating with sites and clients. The role carries responsibility but the team work well together and the support from management makes the job run smoothly.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I am writing to raise a concern regarding my current working conditions on site. Since starting my role, I have been assigned to work outdoors for 12-hour shifts. And I'm only allowed to the locked room for

At present, I am required to remain outside for the full duration of the shift, and I am not permitted to sit at any point. I am concerned that this may not be in line with health and safety expectations, particularly given the length of the shift and exposure to cold weather conditions.
I was treated like a dog so tried to call the managers no one has responded I ve ended up leaving the site and now and they asking for the uniform back I was humiliated by engima security

Tried to reach for the mangers and no one has responded to me so guys becareful when you apply

Inhumane they expected to stand outside in the cold throughout the 12 hrs shift

On site team very proffesional and experienced, helpful to new starters. The company support from management lacks communication and understanding of the role which the on site team provide, staff numbers at the site went from 14 to 7 with the remaining staff members expected to take up the hours shortfall which led at my time with the company to very strong feelings of isolation and perceived disinterest from the main company. The salary for what is expected from the employer is poor at minimum wage with no sick pay as well as paying for your SIA license means there is very little incentive to stick around as financially the role is not worth the stress, however the team on site are very friendly and supportive and will help you with any issues which may arise, just don't count on the same support from the management team who to say the least are indifferent.

To be honest, i have gone through both cold and hot situation working for my present company which actually turned me to be a confident, reliable and help me to be a better security officer. However, i have learned different skills working as a security such as being polite, approachable and  trustworthy character. i am a resposible and flexible and ready to learn new skills. 
i have enjoyed doing security job and have decided to continue to be doing it until i feel like relaxing .

However, i have decided to leave my company because they are not gething enough job this days, and as a result, i could not do much job to pay my bills which could lead to me loosing my accommodation and stopping me from fulfiling or archieving my desires.

 handling unexpected situations with limited support, which requires staying calm, alert, and making quick decisions under pressure.

Team-oriented, with a strong focus on safety, discipline, and professionalism.

Patrolling, monitoring, and ensuring safety throughout the shift.

Absolute disrespect throughout, no hierarchy, change things to suit them, poor pay, management don't care and staff are rude and careless, half of them are useless

Rubbish management, rubbish pay, no one cares

Rubbish, management throw under the bus, don't care about concerns, change things to suit them and the HR guy is a joke

As stated, absolute s**t show...

So I lasted around few hours didn't even start a shift.
They took all my details and sent me a contract and approx 15hrs before my 1st shift the job got pulled away from me. The control room even rang me at 6.30am to ask where I am.

 No valid reasons given just left me without a job. I guess the good will Payment will keep me afloat for a month till I get something else. Extremely poor communication all around . I couldn't give you a true reflection may be just a one off with what happened with me. But be very mindful when applying

Friendly and good team spirit, lots of opportunities for growth

Normal except there is an emergency situation depending on the site

I Very Much enjoy working for Enigma Security Solutions. They are a Great company to work for. When things at my posting are quite, the showroom staff, technicians and the staff from the other departments i have met are happy to chat with me about how i am doing/getting on, but, when clients are on site, they are Very professional
