Average salary but a oppressive culture of scrutiny and managers using CCTV to discipline employees for minor things. 

Overuse of procedures and risk assessments, they are constantly changing. 

Threats of sack if you do not adhere to rules. 

Management speaks down to you. 

They claim to take mental health seriously but it’s just whitewash. 

No two days would be the same, in the 7 years I worked there and the previous 7 on the same airfield its been varied and very enjoyable. I learned new skills and every day there would be new challenges that required you to solve asap with your experience, the trust the company gave me over the years to allow me to enjoy every day and hopefully reward them with a good proven and trusted employee.

There was no typical day, each day was different. It all depended on how many flights came in and how they came in.
We worked great as a team to overcome some very tight deadlines and used each others skill set to optimize efficency.

Bad Managers, working culture is big brother watching you. stressful and overlooked constantly. Dis trustful managers. The upper level management have not got a clue what they are doing.No progression

Great place to work with a great team. Great working environment with kitchen, pool table, use of computer and television. most enjoyable part of the job is working with various aircraft and performing a multitude of different  tasks.

A forward thinking company allowing staff to create a work / life balance.

I was a consultant to the CEO & Media Manager, both supportive and trusting that i could complete the role without micro management.

Ok place to work but not always enough to do. Typical day consists of gate duties, patrols and screening flights. When not doing any of the above it's a case of just sitting around.

first job, temporary waitressing for parties. Running food to tables and kitchen duties, staff constantly changing so meet lots of new people. good first job.
