the job was boring watching potatoes going by all day, management were a joke and didn't know what they was doing let alone what any of us on the shop floor was doing, qc were a joke and petty and if you upset them they would reject everything until you said sorry for whatever you had said, nothing was organised, they wouldn't think anything of coming up to you just as you was emptying the washers for the day and saying everyone has to stay another 2 hours with no notice and if you refused you was hauled into office for a disapinarly, the only enjoyable part of the day was home time and some of the people who was working with, rubbish pay for the amount of work done and they would think nothing of giving your job to someone else and putting you either packing or putting trays of spuds on pallets just cause they could just to annoy you

a typical day at work would start with a meeting in the managers office to collect the days paperwork and discuss plan of action.then get the line ready to start. deligate people jobs on the line organize fork truck drivers to get the right potatoes. the hardest part of the job was to get people to understand what i wanted them to do as most of them did not use english as there first language.

Nice, friendly company, management lost contact with production, some HR personel just love to investigate everything. Double standards across the company, one standards for shopfloor staff and other for office staff.

Has a family feel culture, everyone works hard and takes responsibility. Employee experience is important to the business and there are some great benefits to ensure colleagues feel valued. Nice working environment and investment in technology and machinery. 

I been over half a year at Fenmarc and company do look after employees with lots of apertunities to grow and expend your skills.
There is stressfull and fast working days but on the scale is more relaxed environment. 

Rate of pay is good, better than most in area. Overtime paid at premium (not at basic like other people say). Nice people to work with. Lots of new machines in the factory in last years, its nice to see. 4on/4off shifts are good for me

Normal day at work if you dont play to much because there is allways that person that don´t like you so you need to have that in mind.
I was working here but i left due the timesheets, the amount of hours there in hygiene are to many you can be working 8 9 to 10 days in a row

I used work here as a potato grader,and a packer,and for a little while i was also printing and making labels to go on the potato bags.The hardest part of my job was having to stand over the grader all day.. the people i used to work with were nice encouraging people.

You start your day stressed and ending with more stress.  Not organised, no support. No proper training just guess how should be. No possibility to lear something new.

Terrible place to work in. 
People in charge trying to fool you to pay you less, management does not care about their people. Cold and wet environment.
Terrible people. HR losing sick notes and holiday requests.
