It is a very intense yet rewarding atmosphere, with the opportunity to experience a festival event from behind the scenes. With focus on the contrustruction and structural operation it is often underestimated in its importance to the immaculate running of the festival.

A very fun place to work and be involved in the production of large-scale festivals. 
Most contracts are six months and this makes it more difficult to pursue a long-term career with the Festival Republic.

Can work multiple events during the festival season once you are in and trusted. Can return every year with no hassle. Easy work, plenty of training provided.

Great summer job, where you get to meet lots of people on site and in your team's, it's a very hands on and social job and you need to be able to communicate at all levels, enjoy the festival environment and enjoy the memories!

I worked in multiple departments, none for the faint hearted but most were very rewarding jobs working with interesting and kind people. On site work is a great opportunity.

Bad management and unproductive work culture. People are dispensable and not treated with respect. Would not advise as a place to excel career. Disadvantages of job outweigh perks.

a good company to work for only in the summer just a season job for me nothing else , only 3 months in the year top . constant job long hours , big scale fence building

Flexible hours. Nice and caring management. No clear opportunities for advancement, but a fun way to spend the summer and go to events. The working hours and conditions were satisfactory.
