When I started this role it was clear something wasn't right, everyone in the office would talk about ex colleagues and previous events but he quite secretive about it. After a few months it became apparent why they had such a high staff turnover and didn't talk about why. 

This business will ask you to operate illegally, approve things you're not in a position to do or understand, provide absolutely no training for the role. 

I was lied to for months about a business restructure that directly effected me, I was told it was not and would not happen for two months, then to be told I had a week to decide if I wanted to take a lower paid role at the same hours and work load, or commute four hours each way to a new office. 

Management and HR will lie in the face of clear and present evidence, investigations are manipulated to suit the outcome and formal complaints are ignored. 

Requests for support and flexibility in times of news are ignored or replied to a week after the incident. 

No proper break facilities are provided away from the work station. You will be harassed on your break to do work things that aren't anything to do with your role at all and amount to discrimination. 

Great place to work for. Can be stressful. Lovely work colleagues. Great managers - very supportive and hands on.
Only downside is that there is a lack of proper training (my team leader was very good, but as she was so busy herself, the training was very intermittent) and they need to hire more full time staff in the Chesham office.
They changed my role after 4 months and due to lack of training I found it very difficult and didn't know what I was doing. It was affecting my health so I handed in my notice.  Management were very understanding which I appreciated. 

Having tuped in to FRG, initially my time with FRG was great but over time lack of communication between FRG and the contract holder determinate to a point I was a go between way above my hourly pay rate ! When the contract was lost I played a huge part in regaining the contract only to be lied to due to long service vital information was withheld so I left the company to avoid a redundancy payment,  

Pay was mostly on time although payslip arriving at 9pm at night as pay was due at midnight gave no error rectification time at all 

Responsibilities include: Cleaning of all areas of the premises.
Strictly following high hygiene standards.Use of a range of cleaning apparatus to provide the highest cleaning environment, which included mopping, polishing and wiping down, hovering, coffee machines, dishwashers, toilets, office areas, boardrooms and reception area while we clean  alot of clients are still working hard so you have to be respectful and look at how you will do your section of the building without disturbed are clients that are working hard themselves

Solid honest management, paid on time, lots of online courses available via FRG to add to your CV in general a good company to work for.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
None for me. Happy with pay rate and posting.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good. We all look out for each other.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy and rewarding with a great relationship with the client.

The main thing here is the FRG management, all about themselves and never about the employees. Rotas never out on time, always 1 day before the new month.

Main thing, management are a bunch off thugs with actual no experience as a manger, just using threats of Disciplinary Action in every email and to you.

They do not care about there employees at all! 

Seriously the worst company to work for, in the space off 3 months they lost over 9 + more employees.

Just an awful company to work for.

Time related tasks but same in all industry roles .

Very good , very diverse , welfare checks are carried out on guards .

Poor line management who are not experianced in thier roles

Worked as a security officer.
Management were good. Hours were good and the pay was OK £11+ 
Manager was always fair with me. Uniform was good and welfare visits helped pass the time. 
Met the Head of Ops too, nice guy.
Over all good company and look after you. 
Always paid on time.
