I’ve had an enjoyable and smooth start to my role at Flexspace. The onboarding process has been seamless, and I’ve settled into both the position and the team with ease. It’s been a pleasure working alongside capable and knowledgeable colleagues across the business, which has contributed to efficient decision-making and steady progress. The team culture is collaborative and supportive, and I particularly value the flexibility of the part-time working arrangement, which has allowed for a healthy work-life balance. Overall, a very positive start to my time at Flexspace.

Working at Flexspace has been a positive experience. The organisation provides a professional and supportive environment and colleagues are approachable and cooperative, which creates a positive working atmosphere.

Communication within the team is clear, and there is good collaboration between departments. 

Support is always available when needed and specific training is delivered to assist in your role. 

Regular check-ins and feedback is provided and there is a range of fun and creative social activities to participate in, if you so choose.

There is a relaxed environment at Flexspace which lends itself to making employees more productive.  There is a supportive and collaborative culture in place which makes working there a very comfortable position, which brings out the best in those employed there.

Very busy with a great deal of queries to work through.
It was not a pleasant industry to work within due to the nature of the business.
The hardest part of the job was dealing with the amount of industries that had gone into liquidation.

Everyday is different and you are out and about quite a lot which means time passes quickly. Part of a remote team, but plenty of great colleagues to speak to both at Head Office and across the UK. Lots of opportunities to grow and develop new skills. 

Management is shocking clients leaving office because of area manager, only cares about herself job wasn’t well trained and expected you to learn it all in one day. Would work here if they paid me Millions

what a nightmare company and just after new sales and not interested in retention of good clients.

all mangers usually leave before 6 months in.

Management is very overbearing and not supportive . Pretend to give you independence then micromanage you . No support for development and no career reviews
