A typical day at work was tough and it kept me on my toes all the time. Pupils were challenging almost every lesson. I learnt a lot about behavior management during my time at Fullhurst Community College. My Co-workers were very helpful and supportive during my time there. The hardest part of the job was definitely managing pupils behavior and ensuring that the lessons were constructive and they had learned something to the best of their potential. The most enjoyable part was being apart of the student's lives and knowing that although it was not always a great and productive day, you could count on the hard work to pay off when it changes the lives of a few students out of the many you teach and assist day in day out, which I believe was extremely rewarding.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The students are amazing. It's challenging but very rewarding.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some staff are not very supportive and can be quite mean to others that are genuinely, kind, friendly people.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment and culture was great at times. But it was also difficult at times too. It needs to improve now.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy, stressful, rewarding, caring, differs at any given moment, happy, funny, crazy, sometimes sad.

Was treated very unfairly here and it is a awful place to work the so called bosses here are more interested in giving themselves payraisers rather the the education of the students which is why we are all there it’s not a very nice place to work and is slowly leading back to its old ways when it was a typical estate school and the people running it are to blame and it’s a shame and I don’t no how they sleep at night 

Very nice people to work with, easy to get along with staff who enjoyed working as a team. Overall enjoyable time working there. Day consisted of working with other staff, teachers are others, helping them complete their tasks, helping out younger year groups.

Really enjoyed this job, every day was different with interactions with students varying from exam to exam depending on if I was regularly invigilating or being a scribe/reader. 

Good working place with many jobs to be done overall  the staff are all welcoming and helpful and give out clear instructions of what needs to be done

I was working with people, helping them with there computer problems, fixing computer's, servers,networks I had a great time working with people

treated unfairly all food was not greasy and some would be used from the day before some staff was quite rude all children was lovely though i would not recommend 

i did my work experience when i was in year 10 for 2 weeks before the summer holidays doing different jobs every day in the kitchen
