I recently discovered that my job underpaid me, and the whole situation has been both frustrating and disappointing. At first, I thought it might have been a simple mistake in payroll, so I tried to handle it professionally and calmly. I reached out to my employer and explained that the amount I received did not match the hours I had worked or the rate I was supposed to be paid. I provided all the details necessary, thinking the issue would be resolved quickly.

Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concern, my messages and attempts to follow up were completely ignored. Being disregarded like this makes the situation worse than the underpayment itself, because it shows a lack of respect and accountability. It leaves me feeling undervalued and unappreciated, even though I’ve put in honest work and effort. No employee should have to chase after their rightful earnings or be treated as if their concerns don’t matter.

Try to make out they’re a big professional outfit but it’s a laughable circus. 
Do not care for your mental well being and Managment are a disgrace in caring for their staff well fare. 
Very much also if you don’t dance to their tune there is nothing down for you. Or for example if you go to said “manager” with a letter saying you need to have an operation your told “no good to me if you can’t drive, don’t think your getting paid either for it”. 
On sick pay it’s very much if you get along with certain people you get full pay other wise it’s SSP. 
Was also a very “click” atmosphere amongst staff which can be toxic at times. Basically this is aloud to carry on as long as work gets done even though Managment very much aware of it. 
HSE also a joke. Very much swept under the carpet mentality. 

top heavy incompetent managers that think they know best when most of the time its on the contrary, witness bullying from management to assaults from drivers on drivers,  in house training is way bellow par for the products your working with, very high turn over of drivers probably because the operations manager is unfair and bias to drivers that "give him problems" unless you suckup to the boss you will be lucky to earn a living wage,the business seams to be on a down turn. in truth the company doesn't realise the professionalism and talent and dedication of there drivers ,plant operators, and transfer bay operators probably because the managers are to busy trying to justify there sad existence in a failing company!

Ive seen everything here. Unlawful wage deductions, unfair dismissals, bullying, discrimination of every kind. Serious accidents. The list is endless. The management and HR treat staff with nothing but contempt. You need to know what your doing because they don't want to help, and usually don't know anyway. Ask questions and your treated like a nuisance. If you don't do a job because your not sure or don't feel safe and competent, you'll face a disciplinary. Training is minimal and inadequate. You just fend for yourself. Then when it inevitably goes wrong, it's your fault! 
Most of the workforce are excellent. But they're carrying dead weight management. The management are incompetent, and appear to have no direction. And so they do as they please with no culpability.

I work in a very fast paced environment where being proactive is key. Love it here, no two days are the same and the workday flies by. I feel respected and valued, treated like a key member of staff. Management are fair (and sometimes firm) however hard work will always be rewarded here. Don't work for this company if you want a 'cushy number' or if you want to spend all day on your phone, but work for Future Industrial if you want to be appreciated for giving it your best. I work with the best colleagues going, a real family culture, all working together

Working at Future was mostly a good experience the work load was reasonable. Wages are well below compared to other company's in this industry for the hours you are asked to work.

Future are good with putting you through training ie, ADR, CPC, CCNSG.

In house training left questions needing answered very poor 

Management from a transport and operations point of view needs a lot of improvement.

Workplace culture is spilt in to 2 groups with 1 group trying to disrupt all work and management decisions and other group trying to get on with the job.

hours are 60 plus most weeks which is needed to earn reasonable wages.

Whether you work in the Environmental or Industrial Services part of the business days are very varied at Future.  Safety always comes first and everyone is encouraged to report any hazards they see. We respond quickly and professionally to customer requirements giving us an excellent reputation with those customers. Everyone receives training to help them carry out their duties to the best of their ability and in most cases the training is to nationally accredited standards. Most departments have stable teams who work well together for the benefit of the company.

Having worked at a lot of places in my time I have found future industrial to be one of the better employers.They provide plenty of PPE and ensure safe working conditions for staff. I find I am listened to if I have any suggestions, and also I am treated with respect.  HR and management are approachable and friendly. when I was sick with cancer HR and the management team stepped up straight away, they supported me with pay and regular calls to see how I was doing. Future is like a family to me now and I would recommend our firm to anyone.
