What is the best part of working at the company?
The work environment is good and most of the office staff are well meaning and helpful..

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not knowing if the business plan includes removing your services..

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is office  interdepartmental politics that does spill over to the staff leading to a lack of trust.   

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
To the larger extent you are allowed to get on with the day job to fulfill your brief but changes can be imposed from senior management due to a lack of forward planning..

I am currently situated at a site in Marine Wharf which consist of 225 units and I am currently working along side 8 assistant site managers / Finishing managers. Normally on a day to day basic I am mostly doing snagging looking after the apartments and preparing them up until white card which is the final hand over of the apartment. I am also currently supplying work to the trades and sorting out any other issues with drawings and Management as a hole. In addition to that I would say that the hardest part of the job can be language barrier with other trades but other than that I think that its a good industry as a hole.

What is the best part of working at the company?
A large family run business great to work for the work was varied and interesting great pay and bonuses great Christmas party’s and summer family days for all workers 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There was no stress the would be sheared 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very layed back although ther were dead lines every one knew that and would get on with it

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
To start my prearranged job and be on site to start working at 8 o’clock

Terrible place to work, staff have a culture of bullying constantly as well as constantly  back stabbing each other. I have never worked with such a depressed bunch of men.  Learnt a lot about sitting down and pretending to work and I also learnt to hate those that are different.  In hindsight I look back and laugh at the characters that would spew absolute nonsense, how terrible must their lives be. The construction industry needs to get with the times because they  seem to be stuck in the dark ages.

Lovely, warm and welcoming colleagues are were very supportive and encouraging.  Family feel environment, great team ethics.
For me the hours were long, 9am to 5.30pm wasn't used to working past 5pm, had to get used to it. Everyone i worked with were lovely and really helpful, they all have a great relationship with each other and socialise often outside of work.

Only left the company due to a move abroad, which unfortunately didn't work out, but if you don't try you never know.

-Chase up clients to book viewings.
-Make sure all clients who have expressed interest have received all development information and have been called to discuss.
-Liaising with solicitors to ensure contracts are exchanged. 
-Go out on viewings.
-The hardest part of the job is to maintain sales on flats that have been down valued by the banks.
-The most enjoyable part of the job is securing a sale.

I have a very good Envoirement in the different job that I did for Galliard Homes the quality of the people are very good and the level of collaboration is really a work policy

I am very motivated on this project as this project is very technically chalenging. This project gives me the opportunity to apply my education and 17 year experience to enable me to delivery this project on programme, budget, with high quality & safely.

punctuality. discipline, quality, high requirements, timely payment for labor, high requirements to the safety of the work performed,professionalism,Cleanliness of working areas, subordination of workers to the authorities.

A great company to work for.  Professionally run. Management extremely friendly and down to earth. Felt at ease from day one. Easy to get to and has an onsite cafe !
