What is the best part of working at the company?
The people who work there and a lot of flexibility between working from home and going into the office. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of opportunities to unskill or get promoted and the lack of payrise and bonuses.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work environment but I believe there need to be major changes from on top in order for the company to build again.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Login, have meetings catch up with anything that needs addressing and carry on with taskings.

Good work life balance in the firm however it has been rocked in recent times due to poor management decisions. Swiss/London combination does not work very well and needs improvement.

Good variety of work with scope to get involved with different technologies.  Good work life balance, with a culture of trust and hard work with a fun team of people.
