The place has a high staff overturn and the company is quick to cut any staff needed regardless of time served or goals achieved.
You get the sense that it is expected that you should live and breathe the company and that if you’re not in the clique you won’t last long.

Management doesn’t care much for the staff only for the company and the benefit of the company, it’s a very much we can easily replace you mentality.

The best part about the job is the people you work with on your line and within the factory as you can get along well with everyone.


The people working at gateway chassis are good people you can get along with but the management are just lazy people that sit there and watch you while telling you to hurry up and the full place has no organisation. The car park gets packed full so when it gets to home time everyone is waiting to get out

Not the best place to work always fighting over tool and if there safe to your or not, only treated like a number not a person, mucky canteen rats everywhere in the building other then the office's and the health and safty of the people and the work place is out the window.
I would not recommend this place for work to any of my friends or family and to be honest I wouldn't recommend I to a stranger aswell 

Very unfortunate that the health and safety is a joke and most of this was a joke to some of the management and team leaders constant bad dissisions and mistakes unfortunate that these bad apples spoil it for good other management they lie for there mistakes and don't like people who stand up to them shame on you .

Some of the reviews on here don't seem relavent anymore.  I found safety is the most important thing here, they take you through a lot of information and there's a system for reporting concerns.  I didn't have to buy any PPE and managers listened whenever I had anything to raise.  Good set of lads, not a bad place to work at all.

Excellent company to work for management are understanding its also a good work life balance. The hours of work are excellent and would recommend working for this company 

Met some awesome people at gateway chassis who I still keep in touch with. Management are arseholes, great working hours. workplace and force. Sad to leave.
