Poorly managed by the then Bursar and Head Teacher. Neither remained too long? The complete irony for me is that having asked how I desired at interview and told a unanimous choice that within less than a year it’s all different towards me

Lack of employment contract (FTC)

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very close and friendly colleagues

I work facilities. Both managers are extremely poor at leadership. Both pension holders only in the job for extra pay. Both not very intelligent and no integrity. 

Very good company to work for they look after the staff and they treat them fairly give free lunch help the staff always most important paid holiday term only work

Two tier system, support staff are treated as inferior beings to the teachers. Hours are long and parents are rude. Students are poorly behaved and there is little leadership from management team.
