I have worked part time in Givenchy Bicester for 1 year. The management team had drama since I joined as the assistant manager wanted to become a manager as she have been in there from the start which caused tension in the company's overall environment. I also faced some racist actions from her by asking me to do things for the first time ever. 
However, the actual manager is amazing and supporting at all times which unfortunately is leaving and that is the reason why I am leaving it as well.

When working for Givenchy my start times would vary with shifts.
I would work some mornings; afternoons & evenings.
The main goals of the job was to make sure targets were reached each week and month by product sales.
I would manage the displays making sure they were clean & set up orderly.
I would speak to customers devising skincare plans, and makeup trails, with the main goal of making our customer trust in us as a brand and making that very important sale with link sales of creams makeup & fragrance.

while i worked for givenchy i would come in early in the moring give the counter a good clean check stock levels and testers then i would traffic stop people in the store while i had them sitting down i would give them a mini make over i learned how to be a people person and make a two product sale the management were all very nice and easy going the best part of the job was working as part of a team and meeting different people all the time ...

Company want to be a hard sell and pushy to everything with pulse products don't suit al skin types no warm shades company managers so not care for staff and are very fake specilli head office compare 90% staff to any other counter and givenchy staff look very unglamorous 

Have standeds for staff and yourselfs

very rewarding beautiful products day included business planning events . mk overs from traffic stopping , fragrance consultations which i love and skincare consultations and above all else achieving retail targets on all 3 axes of the brand

The brand is a little dead and quiet, its hard to attract customers to purchase products from the brand. But i had a fun time working with employees and workers
