A College which is working hard to establish itself at the forefront of Education in the Swansea region - a difficult job since merger of two very different institutions five years ago.  Still trying to build a sense of community.  Good potential to achieve this however.

Nice place to work, fantastic work colleagues.  Unfortunately the work hours did not work for me, but this is not a criticism. Gower college offered me less hours to accommodate me but these hours were not enough for me to live on. I am genuinely gutted I had to leave. A great job for the right person.

I really have enjoyed my time at the college. Staff are friendly and are very willing to support you. The most enjoyable part of the job is the reward of teaching students on a one-two-one basis. You can really make a difference.

I Did Work Placement there a few times not payed due to being part of it on the course was on the time. I Enjoyed being part of a team. i leaned what an Admin Assistant does like using OFFICE Software ACRES,WORD,Power Point and EXCEL. I Tidy up the office.

Staff are all amazing and really helpful. Management are really supportive. A really friendly and sociable place to work. Lots of help and support for their staff too and feel very looked after  

The onboarding process was second to none, and it's great to be employed in a company where the wellbeing of staff is a clear priority. The opportunities, flexibility and appreciation from the wider College team is wonderful.

Really great staff to work with. Lots of flexibility and lots of opportunities to teach different subjects. You can build up your hours however you like and if you're willing to try new things, there are endless opportunities.

A solid education sector employer with an actively improving workplace culture with a number of recent initiatives to enhance the  working environment.

Very relaxed atmosphere within the work environment. Will go above and beyond to be accomodating to your needs. 
Working hours are what you make them, you control your own diary. Regular update meetings.

We work on 6 months contracts so it is a constant worry that you might not have a job. People here are great and atmosphere in the office makes you like the job.
